Abstract

The objective of the study was to define the management of the grade at the basic stage, and the competencies necessary for the basic stage teacher to effectively manage the grade to achieve the objectives of the educational process. To explore the relationship between classroom management and the achievement of students in the basic stage, the researcher followed the descriptive approach to its relevance to the nature of this research. Where the questionnaire was used for the principals, teachers and teachers of the basic stage, the researcher reached a number of results: 1. Using the method of dialogue in teaching works to increase the educational achievement of students, which works to draw the attention of students towards the lesson and reduce their boredom. 2. The selection of educational activities in light of the available capabilities in the school is a success by the teacher in the management of the classroom to achieve the objectives of the educational process. 3. There is a shortage of textbooks that help the teacher in managing the class
