Abstract: This research is performed to know the efficiency level of attracting investments and their impacts on Sudanese economy thru an analytical assessing study for the savings of Sudanese working aboard during the period from (1995-2015). The problem of the study discusses the efficiency of used mechanisms to attract and encourage national and external capital inflow. The study adopts various hypothesis and uses analytical descriptive method and historical method. The study concludes several results, the most important is the relation between used mechanisms for attracting investments of Sudanese working aboard and what is planned does not match the level of required efficiency ,non-sufficiency of promotion of investments within the media of Sudanese working aboard and non-efficiency of its mechanisms. The study submitsa number of recommendations, the most important is to work on developing mechanisms for attracting savings of Sudanese working aboard and to adopt stimulating policies in this field and make direction and planning strategies for the savings and investments of Sudanese working aboard in Sudanese economy towards the productive economic sectors which are characterized by its high ability of achieving additional value and creating capital accumulation in economy and not to restrict those funds only in services sectors.
