Abstract: This study about e-governance and its role in developing the performance of banking institutions .In order to analysis the role of developing the performance of banking institutions it use the following hypothecs: 1. The expansion of the Industrial Development Bank in the application of electronic management reflects its interest in developing the performance of the bank. 2. Supporting senior management has helped to implement the implementation of e-management policy at the bank. 3. There are technical factors that positively affect the efficiency of electronic management at the Industrial Development Bank. the most important result: The study contained the introduction and four chapters. Introduction of a general framework for research and consists of four previous studies. Study case of the Industrial Development Bank and the nature of its work which consist of study descriptive , analytical results and some of the recommendations. The researcher reach to some result such as; providing the necessary technical capabilities has led to the applying e-governance in the bank. Provide a systematic and continuing training for bank employees has led to the use of e-governance applications in doing business. Support and assist senior management contributed to the e-bank management applications. Therefore we can say that the application of e-governance system has positive impact in the development of the Industrial Development Bank administration. Based on this results the study recommended the following: - Encourage senior management to exercise the electronic management of contemporary sense because of its close association with the successful development and performance of the bank. Bank had to be interest in training on how to improve performance even have a staff to deal with banking technology required effective. Investment in human resources by organizing awareness programs for the training of senior management and the workers on the modern management methods and conduct continuous operations to evaluate their performance, and to address technical obstacles that stand tilted to the application of e-governance bank.
