Abstract

The application of the rules of public international law in its various fields is of great importance both theoretically and practically. The problem of research is to determine the applicable standards in the implementation of the rules of international public law accurately to contribute to solving many problems and dilemmas in the framework of international relations, which should be the criteria of application to the right and the return of things to their origins to give them the legal description that applies to them and also determine the reality To be attached to a jurisprudential origin. In light of this vision, this study is related to one of the most important and profound topics in the life and relations of people of general international law, which is the question of the standards applied in applying the rules of public international law in the modern era. This study is entitled: Standards for the application of the rules of international public law and their impact on international public relations, a comparative study of Islamic jurisprudence. The purpose of this study is to address the new analytical framework in the form of modern study with the comparative and comparative method. This study aims at clarifying the applications of people of general international law to their rules and their conformity with the jurisprudential and legal rules and studying the paradox between reality and theories and working towards achieving international justice and its impact on international public relations which has become a field for understanding international reality and means to strengthen the application of the rules of general international law And an instrument of international conduct during the management of the international foreign policy crisis. The second chapter deals with the concept, importance and types of criteria for applying the rules of general international law. The third chapter deals with the impact of these standards on international relations. Chapter four deals with the legal and legal perspective and guarantees of their application. The basic research points have been intensified and crystallized with the total tests carried out for the research hypotheses that permeated all the basic chapters. A number of conclusions and recommendations were attached to the conclusion. The study concluded that it is necessary to identify and codify the applicable standards in the implementation of the rules of public international law in order to achieve the objectives of its general rules, and to be aware of the importance of this in order to limit the violations of its rules. Despite the efforts made by some scientists, researchers and scholars in the rules of international public law, the standards of applying these rules still need further studies and research in this fertile field.
