Abstract

This study dealt with the issue of school administration in Kenya and its role in developing students' talents in South C. This study aimed to identify the school administration in Kenya and its role in developing the talents of students in South C, and then to limit them and shed light on them, and the researcher used the analytical descriptive because of its appropriateness for such akind of study. The study sample consisted of teachers of secondary schools in South C, and consisted of (29) Teachers out of (40) teachers .In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (40) items categorized into four major domains. The validity of the questionnaire was verified and confirmed by Kronbach,s Alpha. In order to process the statistical data, the statistical packages for social sciences were used (SPSS): median, percentage ratios, standard deviation. The study concluded the following findings: The administration gives the student complete freedom to choose the activity that he wants and is compatible with his tendencies and hobbies. And The administration meets the parents' calls to participate in the activities of the school and this leads to the development of creativity and thinking among students. Also the school administration informs parents about the importance of social stimuli for the development of creativity. And also The administration creates conditions and possibilities for the development of students' talents. And the School management provides a climate conducive to creativity at school and the school provides appropriate climate that stimulates the creativity and the thinking of the students. Through the results of the study, the study presented a number of recommendations; the most important ones are as follows: The need to hold seminars attended by parents in the development of creativity. And also the need to provide cleaning services in the school and ح this increases the development of creativity. And assisting teachers to overcome the obstacles they faced. And encourage teachers to attend onthe- job training courses that help develop students' talents. And help management teachers develop their own skills.
