Abstract: This research entitled: The effectiveness of the educational supervision in improving educational process in the secondary level in Nairobi (Private secondary schools in south c) The research aimed to know the following: 1- To know the role of the educational supervisor in improving the performance of private secondary schools` teachers in south c 2- To know the role of the educational supervisor in improving the Learning of the private secondary schools` students in south c 3- To know the role of the educational supervisor in improving and developing the curriculum of the private secondary schools in south c 4- To know the role of the educational supervisor in improving the environment of the private secondary schools in south c To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The data device was the questionnaire which included (36) phrases assigned to (4) axes. The research reached the following result: 1- Most of the respondents agreed on not having a problem with the role of the educational supervisor in improving teachers performance. 2- Most of the respondents agreed on not having a problem with the role of the educational supervisor in improving students learning. [ ح] 3- Most of the respondents agreed on not having a problem with the role of the educational supervisor in improving and developing the curriculum. 4- Most of the respondents agreed on not having a problem with the role of the educational supervisor in improving the school environment. From these results the researcher recommended for the supervisors the following: 1- To care for new teachers and prepare them for their work. 2- To organize training courses for teachers for professional development. 3- To debate with the teachers about the school curriculum in order to improve it.
