Abstract: This Research Has Addressed The Relationship Between The Basic Schools Of (Madera In Kenya) As A Sample, With The Families Of The Students, And Their Impact On Academic Achievement. The Main Object Of This Study Is To Identify The Relationship Between Parents And Basic Schools To Raise The Level Of Students' Learning. Also The Study Aiming To Identify The Relationship Between Parents With Teachers To Raise The Level Of Parent’s Capacity, And To Identify About The Roles Of Parents In Learning Process And School Activities To Get Solutions For All Problems That Facing Madera Basic Schools . The Researcher Has Used The Descriptive Method; Also He Used Questionnaires To Gather Information. The Study Selected To Study Mandera Community And The Basic Schools In The City Which Is 59 Schools, The Researcher Selected As A Sample Of 40 Teachers,( 30) Principals, And(30) Parents. The Results Were Analyzed By Using (SPSS, Program,) For The Purpose Of Analyzing, The Responses Of The Study Sample 'Where Used The Arithmetic Mean, And The Exponential Ratios, The Standard Deviation. The Study Reached The Following Results: 1. The School Administration Cooperates With Parents In School Activities 2. The Parents Always Participate Any Decision Making. 3. Parents Provide And Cooperate With School The Necessary Resources In The Educational Process ح 4. The Teacher Develops His Teaching Talents And Their Different Abilities 5. The Teacher Is Always Keen To Develop Himself And Their Professionals Through The Results, The Study Presented A Set Of Recommendations: As Follow 1. Teachers Should Be Subject To Training Courses 2. Develop Teacher Development And Development Programs 3. Benefiting From The Previous Knowledge That Students Possess By Providing New Knowledge And Linking It To Previous Knowledge, Which Activates The Knowledge That The Student Possesses. 4. Respect For The Leadership Abilities Of The Teachers By Measuring Them In The Classroom, Which Is A Vital Practical For Enrichment In Learning Process
