Abstract: The study examined the issue of the impact of the leadership style on the decision making in the institutions. The study of the case of the educational quality educational institution, the problem of research in the statement of the impact of the leadership style on the decision-making process compatibility and to what extent does not affect the participation of subordinates in the decision-making process and in the implementation of the decision process. Its objectives are to clarify the concept of management leadership, to clarify the leadership styles prevailing in the organization, to identify the relationship between leadership styles and decision-making. One of the most important hypotheses: effective administrative leadership contribute positively to the adoption of administrative decisions in the institution. The leadership style of the institution has contributed positively to the adoption of consensus decisions. In order to test the hypotheses, the descriptive analytical method was used. Samples were collected with a questionnaire and the statistical program (SPSS) was used to analyze the data. The most important results of the research: The patterns of leadership have a significant impact on the adoption of management decisions in the compatibility of organizations. The leadership style plays a major role in consensus decision making. Among his recommendations: that the training courses for teachers in the decision-making compatibility, and recommends the researcher to take care of the institutional environment and to prepare them to cope with urban development and technology. Assisting FAO staff and understanding their problems by making consensus decisions in order to advance.
