Abstract: This study is entitled: (Achievement of the objectives of Arabic language curriculum for the second level according to the teaching competencies of the teacher, from teachers and mentors, point of view, Khartoum State Jabal Awalia locality . The objectives of this study are to know the extent to which the objectives of the Arabic language syllabus of the second level are achieved according to the teacher’s teaching competencies. To know the teachers qualifications in the Arabic language curriculum for the second level of study group, according to the educational mentors point of view. To check out the relationship between achieving the objectives of the Arabic language course for the second level and the teaching competencies necessary for the teacher. The researcher follow descriptive method, and the study group was consist of Arabic language teachers,( male & female) for the second level in the Al-Azahri district about (68) teachers( male & female), what been selected randomly was (34) teachers ( male & female), and also (6) of mentors. Researcher used questionnaire for collecting data’s. The most important results as follow: The objectives of the Arabic language curriculum for the second level, achieved middle degree in the Jabal Awalia State Al-Azahri unite –Al-Azahri district. Teaching competencies necessary for the teachers average is middle degree, and there is close link between objectives the syllabus of Arabic language of the second level basic school and the teaching abilities of the teachers . So researcher was recommend : Necessary to interest in language skills. To help students to think, analysis and proper applications better than conservation and indoctrination. More attention to the continuous and qualitative training for the teacher, during the service and provide him with the necessary skills that help him to perform well, and improve the stander of life .
