Abstract: The objective of the research is to know the role of the strategic manager in the effectiveness of the banking service. The problem of research was in the following main question: What is the role of the strategic manager in the effectiveness of the banking service? This question is divided into the following sub-questions: What role can a strategic manager play in the effectiveness of bank banking? How far does the strategic director seek to apply his strategies based on the lines? Also, to what extent does the strategic manager contribute to the effectiveness of the banking service? What is the impact of the strategic manager's involvement in the development of strategies on the completion of banking? Also, how satisfied is the customer with the banking service? The research hypotheses: The strategic manager has a role in the effectiveness of the banking service, as well as the implementation of strategies lead to the effectiveness of banking service, and that a good strategic manager contributes to customer satisfaction ,and the development of the strategy of the administrative management within its overall strategies lead to the effectiveness of banking service. The research followed the descriptive analytical method and the historical approach. The research results in a of the following result : The application of strategies leads to the effectiveness of banking service, and the strategic manager works to identify the characteristics that distinguish the organization from other competing organizations. The strategic management in general and the strategic manager in particular play abig role in the future of business organizations by drawing them for future vision and defining the message and objectives of the organization.
