Abstract: The study tackled the impact of organizational culture on promoting business ethics. The research problem was represented by answering the following questions: What is the role of organizational culture in promoting work ethic? The importance of research stems from providing the appropriate environment in organizations and instilling values that encourage the work ethics of its employees. The task that helps them to compete and withstand the successive changes. The research seeks to achieve several objectives, knowledge of the role of organizational culture in enhancing the ethics of work, clarifying the importance of both the organizational culture and work ethic of the employees of institutions, The study examined the following hypotheses: There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational beliefs and the promotion of work ethic. There is a statistically significant relationship between organizational expectations and the promotion of work ethics. There is a statistically significant relation between the customs Organizational structure in enhancing the ethics of work. The research was based on descriptive analytical approach and case study methodology. The study has reached a number of results, including the Customs Department helping new employees to adapt to the environment. The Customs Department meets with the employees periodically to discuss administrative issues. The study showed the keenness of the customs administration to formulate the vision and the goals and the task of the administration to contribute to the promotion of business ethics. The study recommends attention to more collective cooperation between administrative officials in the customs administration to further enhance the ethics of work, to involve decision-makers in order to promote work ethics, and to provide mutual trust in the relations between the Management and employees
