Abstract

This study dealt with one of the important topics that preoccupied those interested in the issue of development, which pays due attention to study the impact of population growth on development in economic terms, which play a key role in the integrated and sustainable development. The researcher used descriptive and analytical approach that is appropriate for the nature of the study used several tools for collecting data and information such as the questionnaire. The study aimed to identify the patterns and factors of population growth, the study area, and to encourage public participation in the success of development projects and their impact in bringing about sustainable development. The study aimed to identify the funding for local development projects by civil society organizations and the process by focusing on the organization (Plan Sudan) to provide data and information that contribute to the development of performance and take good decisions in finding a partial solution to the problems of development. Results and recommendations: that population growth in the study area is not awful; with a little social and economic work accessible to a residential area in harmony, we must analyze the population growth in many ways to determine the requirements of development, although the difference in demographics between the rural and urban impact on the quality of development and ways to implement and acceleration performance, though the imbalance in development led to large migrations from rural to urban areas. The current rural development projects have helped to resettle people to their regions, and that the work in the ongoing development projects, in addition to the entry of East inhabitation projects in development. Recommendations: Application of education in the region, especially vocational and technical education for young people, so they can help their families, and the creation of sources of financing for low-income, and attention to social, religious and health extension programs to raise awareness about the health aspects, and control the movement of refugees within the borders of the camps, and to increase work in development projects, and determine the actual need for each area.
