dc.description.abstractThis research titled Design Program to Develop Writing and Talking skills in the signal names fourth grade, locality Damazin, and the goal of research is to detect differences in the level of use of fourth grade local Damazin Pupils in the signal names with a statistical significance between the control group and the experimental group from the reality of the pre-test results in names use reference names fourth grade – local Damazin. Identify the effectiveness of the program to develop writing and speaking skills in the signal names – fourth grade. Statement statistically significant differences between the control group and the experimental group from the reality of the post test results in the use of the signal fourth grade local Damazin. The researcher followed the experimental method because it is considered the most suitable for this search and used the test as a tool for data collection. The researcher concluded after conducting field study on the results, the most important are: 1- There were no statistically significant differences between the control group and the experimental group from the reality of tribal differences in the test results. 2- The program as highly effective in the development of writing and speaking skills in the signal names. 3- There are significant differences in the use of the signal names between the control group and the experimental group of reality posttest for the experimental group name.en_US
