Abstract: The importance of research in the scientific aspect in evaluating the success of the design of the training courses in the development of the performance of the organizations either in the practical side to ensure the role of evaluation of the training courses in the development of performance The problem of research in the search for the impact of the design of training programs in the development of performance organizations and the goal of research to achieve ambition and desires The employees of the training process and the design of training programs based on real objectives and information and increased attention to the design process of the training programs and has been formulated several duties to design the training programs lead to the development of the performance of the Sudanese Electricity Distribution Company Wah The planning of training leads to more staff ties and loyalty to the company and efficient training in the company leads to the development of performance in the company and there are some shortcomings in the design of training programs, which leads to the reluctance of the staff of the training process and reached the most important results of the time allocated for training courses needs more control and assessment and training in the labor groups needs For more care and attention and the selection of trainees for the courses needs more scrutiny and increase the number of employees in the management of training and reached the most important recommendations linking training by upgrading and selection of trainees on the basis of the clear relationship between the session Training, justice and transparency in the distribution of opportunities for internal and external training.
