Abstract: This study aims to know the strength and weaknesses in course of human and universe - the human being is building the earth – the fourth grade teacher followed in the study descriptive as the most appropriate method in describing the content of the study, its phenomena and analysis in order to get the results of the study and obtain useful and correct information. In addition the researcher used questionnaire as the tools for collecting information, and after its analysis the study gets, and the researcher used some statistical methods for analyzing data such as percentage and (key test) to identify the variations between the percentages in the axis: 1. The human and the universe course – fourth grade – is a target for educational programs. 2. Course content does not match the mental development of pupils. 3. The teaching methods used to teach the course of human and universe – fourth grade – are not sufficiently effective from the teachers point of view. 4. The methods used in the evaluation of the course of human and the universe – the fourth grade – is not effective because it neglects the achievements of pupils and covers only the academic abilities of the pupils, and the method used in the evaluation of the final exams. Based on these results, the study recommended that: 1. Must to promote the curriculum to suit the integrated growth of student. 2. Provide modern teaching method and train the teacher to use them so that he can play his role fully. 3. Paying attention to the development of evaluation methods used in pupils performance.
