dc.description.abstractThe study dealt with the role of total quality in raising productive efficiency. The problem of the study was in the following main question: What is the role of total quality in raising productive efficiency and the following questions stem from it: To what extent does the application of total quality affect productivity? What is the effect of continuous improvement in raising production efficiency? What is the role of evaluating the performance of workers in raising productivity efficiency? The importance of the study is expressed through the benefits that can be achieved for more than one aspect, such as helping organizations by practical application of the subject in creating value for customers and achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. This research will be added to the scientific library for the benefit of administrators, researchers and students. In general, with emphasis on the criterion of productive efficiency, knowledge of the basics, requirements and dimensions of the quality of the work of the organizations and its role in raising production efficiency, the constraints of the application of TQM in organizations, identify methods to address obstacles and how to apply Total Quality Indicators of Organizations. The study hypotheses were as follows: There is a statistically significant relationship between the application of the total quality and the raising of productive efficiency. There is a statistically significant relationship between continuous improvement and productivity enhancement. There is a statistically significant relationship between the evaluation of the performance of workers and the raising of production efficiency. The study followed the historical approach by reference to previous studies in addition to the inductive method and analytical descriptive approach to describe and analyze the phenomenon of the subject of study. The study came out with several conclusions and recommendations, including: Selecting individuals according to their work culture helped improve their performance and increase their productivity. The study recommended working to address the problems that the company is exposed to at times, namely the accumulation of beverages, which leads to a decline in sales and thus an increase in productivity.en_US
