dc.description.abstractThis study aims to identify the reality of public relations in government institutions in Sudan and to know the objectives and functions of public relations in Sudanese government institutions represented in the Housing Fund and to identify the effectiveness of public relations in the Housing Fund. The study followed the descriptive approach and the analytical approach and also benefited from the historical approach. The study sample consisted of employees and employees of the Department of Public Relations at the Ministry of Housing. The research included an introduction to Mahajia and the previous studies and four chapters of each chapter containing three topics and the conclusion containing the most important findings and recommendations. Main results of the study: 1. The study showed that public relations are involved in policy-making with senior management in the Housing Fund. 2. The study revealed that the performance of the current public relations in the Fund contributes to the full implementation of the service aspect in society. Key Recommendations: 1. The study recommended the establishment of continuous workshops in the interest and with the participation of each employee to give his opinion in the development of public relations and the obstacles facing the work of public relations. 2. The study recommended creating training opportunities abroad or increasing the training quota for public relations employees.en_US
