| Abstract: | This study deals with the role of the human staff in raising the efficiency of performance. The problem of this study is that some institutions did not pay attention to the labor force in light of the changing variables in this age, in order to avoid the increase in expenditure. This study presents a question about the impact of the labor force on participation in decision-making and implementation of the overall strategies of the corporation The objective of this study is to find the appropriate means to promote and qualify the human staff used in the corporation and to identify the impact of human staff in raising the efficiency of performance and production, in addition to knowing how to achieve job satisfaction and knowledge of employees standards that can be measured by workforce, so the hypothesis of the study : human staff significantly affect the raising efficiency of productivity in the corporation, job satisfaction leads to stability and reduce errors, in contrast, the failure to raise the level of efficiency of the worker leads to a slow process of production Researcher used analytical descriptive method which helped in obtaining the results of the study as follows: The compatibility of the experiences of the human staff with the function he occupies leads to increase performance efficiency and increase productivity, also factory maintenance , pay attention to human staff has a significant impact in raising the efficiency of performance and offering innovative solutions rather than old methods, which in turn leads to an increase in factory productivity. One of the most important recommendations of this study is that the factories should take care of the human staff and maintain them, select the highly efficient cadres, achieve competitive advantage and encourage human staff to present new ideas and provide a safe working environment to maintain human staff. |
