القواعد المنظمة لسلوك المقاتلين في الحروب: دراسة مقارنة

Abstract

Military War is regarded to be the most violence negative phenomenon among among the all social group of phenomena. Causes of war are well known. Customs and traditions under the umbrella of civilization are dismissed and replaced by new others. The military battles are started by fencing serviettes and then using of the most destructive weapons to achieve victory. So the significance of this study is concentrated of the rules of conducts during fighting in various wars which focus on the humanitarian aspects in terms of war. The researcher followed the comparative descriptive analytical method. This research is composed of three chapters. The first chapter include the basic of the research where as the second chapter is concerned with the concept of war, up growing and and the historical development of the war. While the third chapter takes the rules that belligerents should be obligated during and after the conflict. At the end of the research the researcher has come out with finding and results followed by recommendations based on them.
