Abstract: This research aims at determining the availability of Web Based modules design requirements at Faculties of Education. These requirements include educational environment, suitability of curriculum, faculty staff's preparation, students' preparations and the encouragement given by the management. To achieve the goals of the research, the researcher used the descriptive methodology depending on a questionnaire and an interview as tools applied on a random sample of "460" male and female students , "75 " of the staff's members and, "10" 0f e-learning experts working in the faculties of education in universities of Sudan , Al-Zaeem Al-azahiri , Bahari , Africa international and Omdurman Islamic. To obtain the goals of this research, a number of statistical methods have been used which include Frequencies, Percentages, Averages, standard deviations, Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient , T-test, F-Test, Chi-Squared Test and probable Value. The out-come of the research concluded that there are no significant statistical differences between the educational environment in the faculties of education and the Web Based modules design. Also, there is no significant statistical differences between the faculty members preparations and the Web Based modules design. The results also show that there is no significant difference between the suitability of the curriculum in the Sudanese Faculties of Education and the Web Based modules design. In addition to that, the research also indicated that there is no significant statistical difference between the encouragement given by the management and the Web Based modules design, but the research shows that there are statistical differences between students' aptitudes in faculties of education to use the Web Based modules and their design. On the light of the findings the researcher presented a number of recommendations such as the importance of findings the necessary infrastructure needed for the educational environment (fund, manpower and technology) in the Sudanese universities, the importance of training the faculty members and students to prepare them and make them ready to deal with Web Based Modules. The researcher also suggested more research need to be conducted in the same field.
