Abstract: The research focused on the dual nationality and its impact on the definition of the applicable law, a comparative study in the private law, the laws of Islamic jurisprudence and positive law. The research focused on the causes of duality and the principles adopted by the international community to grant dual nationality. The research stressed on the proposals of international institutions, for protection from dual, nationality and its different reasons the study also dealt with the theory of conflict of laws in the Sudan by studying its history, composition and its impact on dual nationality and the impact of conflict of laws in Islamic jurisprudence. The research has shown the importance of finding new solutions that take into account global models, and at the same time apply the rules of law to a dual-nationality person in case of conflicts of nationality. Finally, the study dealt with the conflict of international jurisdiction compared with the conflict of jurisdiction and the effect of jurisdiction in the conflict of laws and its application to foreigners. · The research focused on the rules of international jurisdiction in Sudanese law, and concluded with findings and recommendations. This research included chapters, each chapter included a number of topics and each topic carried a number of demands as mentioned in the research.
