Abstract: This research deals with an evaluation study curriculum for teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers in the university of Lubumbashi in the Democratic Republic of Congo from 2007 to 2010 with a view to stand on the truth of this approach and its suitability, and then make recommendations about it. And among the most important objectives of the research was as follows: its objectives with regard to its clearness and specification, the elements of the curriculum and the measure in which they assent to the needs, the tendancies, and the wishes of the students and the measure in which these elements are taking into consideration the individual differences between the students, and the measure in which the elements are suitable with the realization of the objectives of the curriculum. The researcher has followed descriptive approach to conduct his research and used of research tools like questionnaire, interview and observation. The researcher divided the topics of the research into six chapters, the first chapter then treated the basics of the research, the second chapter treated the theoretical aspect, the third chapter treated the previous studies, the fourth chapter treated the fied of survey procedures,the fifth chapter treated the analysis and interlocution of the conclusion, and then the sixth chapter treated the outiomes, recommendations and suggestions. The research mentioned a number of findings that were attained, among them: the objectives of the curriculum for teaching Arabic language to non- native speakers are unclear and unspecific, the Arabic courses which are taught are not good and do not suit the drafted objectives. The study come up with several important recommendations, among them was: the re-formulation of the curriculum for teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers in the university of Lubumbashi with clearing up and specifying its objectives by writing them, the necessity to nominate teachers who got specialization in teaching Arabic language to non-native speakers.
