Abstract: Abstract This study aimed to identify the organizational culture and its impact on organizational commitment, through the case study of the Sudanese Company Electricity Distribution Limited. The research problem was formulated in questions aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture on the company's performance positively, whether organizational culture contributes to effective in motivating workers. The researcher used in addressing the various research topics on the descriptive method of analysis and the case study method. The study concluded with some findings, including showing as the follow: • The organizational culture prevailing in the current corporate environment affects positively on the company and motivates employees. • The organizational culture that is consistent with the current organizational structure of the company. * The results of the study revealed that the company's strategy based on excellence through its followers quality system which is based on calendar services that exceed customers' expectations. The study also concluded with some of recommendations as the follow: - The company must quest to create and promote the cultural values that will be planted and established trust subordinates, where the people feel that they are subordinates to the success of the company's shareholders. - Caring about the environment prevailing in the companty and the understanding and application of modern management philosophies culture. - The need to promote cooperation between the company of subordinates, because that is one of the signs under which can be identified to show loyalty and belonging to the company level.
