Abstract: The aim of the research is to find out the impact of human resources management strategies on managerial innovation. As well as the statement of the application of human resource management strategies in some Sudanese banks. The problem of research is that the application of human resources management in some Sudanese banks has become below the required level. This may be due to the failure of these banks to follow scientific methods in planning human resources and not follow the culture of participation in the process Management of human resources and failure to follow an effective system in the process of training human resources, which adversely affected the administrative creativity in those banks. The research hypotheses, using scientific methods in the process of reducing human resources leads to raise the level of satisfaction of employees, as well as instilling a culture of participation in the process of human resources management leads to organizational loyalty of employees, and also an effective system in the process of training human resources leads to the strengthening and support New ideas. The research followed the historical approach, analytical descriptive approach and case study method. The research reached a number of results, the most prominent of which is the management of the bank convinced of the importance of using scientific methods in the process of human resources management, as well as the use of the Bank effective methods in the process of human resources planning, helped to reduce the turnover of workers. The Bank's human resources management policies have also increased employee loyalty. The study concluded with a number of recommendations, including: Emphasizing the need for the bank to be convinced of the importance of using scientific methods in the process of using human resources management, as well as the importance of the bank to use effective methods in the process of human resources planning because it helps the lack of turnover of employees, Which will increase employee loyalty
