Abstract: The research marketing research in the effectiveness of attracting new customers, research aims to clarify the role played by marketing research, by clarifying the concept, types and relations with the rest of the sources of marketing information, growing interest from institutional marketing Given the importance of the role played in the development of the institution. The research problem in how to get the institutions the information you need to rationalize their decisions and to attract customers, and what are the sources of this data and its accuracy, and also how to analyze this data, and how can marketing research to be effective in attracting customers, and follow the researcher descriptive approach applied to the study. The research test the following hypotheses: The initial premise: follow the scientific method in marketing research company Arak help you make the right marketing decisions. The second hypothesis: The availability of information is limited to the high degree of organization's ability to survive and to continue and succeed. The third hypothesis: Customer products Arak company attract largely due to the decision of the marketing and promotion of sound. Then validate these hypotheses and substantiated, and the researcher reached several conclusions, including, the marketing research is based on collecting and recording and analyzing data and information about problems or certain marketing phenomena and, and the scientific and objective way organizer, helping to make the right decision with regard to that problems.
