Abstract: Words are important types of speech activities for young and old people, and they are considered as important linguistic skills in Arabic language. They are basic measures for students to succeed in learning Arabic language. It is said, whoever speaking language fluently regarded as the thoughts, so he has succeeded Arabic language and vice – versa. The research aims to recognize the impact of linguistic communication in educational situation, in promoting speech skill for third years' students (language preparatory) in faculty of Arabic language, university of Africa. The researcher follows experimental approach because he wants to know the effects of language communication to develop student competence in developing speech skill and this research is known as practical one. After research process about linguistic communication in educational situation and it's import speech skill, the researcher can manage to present this abstract as follows:- Specify some lectures and activities outside classrooms to train students to learn linguistic communication that way enable then to acquire speech skills, and teachers training on the usages of language skills to teach Arabic language to non-native speaker, to compile new suggestive lessons to encourage teachers and specialist in learning Arabic language for non-native speakers. This is to allow students to acquire skills which use tone and stress and reactive skill, then skill of testing expression and vocabularies.
