Abstract: The study dealt with the role of human resources management in achieving the competitive advantage of the organizations by applying to the Islamic insurance company limited in the period from ( 2016 to 2017) The problem of this study is about what is the role of human resources management in achieving the competitive advantage of the organizations? The study aims to help individuals to settle in the organization and to achieve the proper performance and optimal use of human resources in order to inform the management of the strengths and weaknesses in the work and how to find treatment, the most important hypotheses of this study is to create an appropriate work environment for creativity and encourage human resources for more activities, and to make increasing in technology changes, and the modernization of information is one of the difficulties that facing human resources management. Researcher followed analytical, descriptive method in addition to the case study, the sample of this study was chosen randomly from community of the study which consisted of (40) people contain all grades, the data that contains views of the target was analyzed by the excel and SPSS program using computer. Kay square used to select hypotheses and thus gets final results. This study was included four chapters, through this chapters, study gets the following results: Human resources management plays a key role in achieving the competitive advantage of the Islamic Insurance company, also the company contributes to creating a healthy environment that encourages employees to innovate and promotion, in addition that company want to resolving the case of human resources in the loss of electronic experience by using modern means of communication and information and training individuals on how to use them. Based on these results, researcher recommends the need to pay attention to the adoption of new and innovative ideas created by the employees to contribute to an addition of new ideas did not exist in advance, and to ensure the creation of a link between the senior management and workers.
