| Abstract: | This study deals with the effect of promotion on the promotion of services to the insurance market by applying to Shiekan Insurance and Reinsurance Company. The aim of the research is to identify the elements of the promotional mix and its role in upgrading the services of Shiekan Company. An analysis of elements of the promotional mix and its role in the promotion of insurance services. And addressing the deficiencies in promoting the promotion of insurance services at Shiekan. The search problem was the extent to which the elements of the promotional mix affect Shiekan's service upgrade. Based on the problem, the main hypothesis was developed which states: There is a statistically significant correlation between advertising and promotion of services. There is a statistically significant correlation between sales promotion and service promotion. There is a statistically significant correlation between personal selling and service promotion. There is a statistically significant correlation between sales promotion and service promotion. There is a significant correlation between advertising or publishing and promotion of services. The researcher used the descriptive, analytical and questionnaire method as a tool for collecting information. She chose a random sample of the employees of the company consisting of (70) to represent the research community that includes all the employees of the company. The researcher emptied the questionnaire in the SPSS program The most important results were clear support from the senior management of Shiekan Insurance & Reinsurance Co. Ltd. for efforts to upgrade insurance services. Training opportunities are available to employees of Shiekan Insurance & Reinsurance Co. Ltd. to upgrade insurance services. There is quality in upgrading the services of Shiekan Insurance & Reinsurance Co. Ltd. The research came out with a number of recommendations, the most important of which recommends: The researcher the importance of spreading the insurance culture on a large scale in the country. The importance of promotion and its importance to companies and institutions in general. It also recommends maintaining the status of upgrading the company's services and increasing success in this field. An intensification of training courses on promotion in particular. |
