Abstract

The study on Sudanese governance in the period rom 2005 to 2011 in terms of definition, origin and end of the Federal Union. The study also examined the evaluation of the Federation's internal and external aspects, as well as the distribution of competencies among the levels of government. Finally, And the terms of reference of the Government of Southern Sudan in the said Constitution in three investigations as follows: The study was conducted in the first topic on the definition, formation and end of the federal system, both scientific and practical, in three demands:
