Abstract

The aim of this research is to highlight the process of re-engineering the administrative processes and their role in raising efficiency by stating that the engineering is one of the most important modern administrative methods applied, which could improve the administrative process and proceed in the correct manner required. And the studies on the technical aspects and neglect of the administrative aspects and the near absence of modern administrative concepts due to ignorance of the importance of the application of guidance to keep pace with development and the lack of development of strategic plans that focus on the engineering processes is the performance through which can improve the performance of Fulfillment and improve the competitive position and also lack of interest in consolidating the culture of participation in administrative processes which affect the organizational commitment of the employees. This study is designed to test the following assumptions: The application of reengineering of administrative processes leads to keep abreast of development, the development of strategic plans for the reengineering of administrative processes leading to improved performance and efficiency, which affects the competitive situation, entrenching the culture of participation in the process leads to organizational commitment of employees. The researcher followed the analytical descriptive approach and the method of case study. The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which is that there is continuous research with the best technical methods to ensure the success of the process of the company's internalization. The information and data within the company are characterized by its availability and speed of circulation which helped to improve performance and efficiency. The company is convinced of the importance of strategic thinking. The researcher made a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of continuity in the search of the best technical methods that will support the administrative process in order to ensure to ensure its success and focus on data and information for the importance of its role in improving efficiency.
