Abstract

The study of peaceful means in conflict resolution is one of the most important studies in the present time , In which the world is witnessing several conflicts and nobody knows when it will end. Indeed,Peaceful means are capable of resolving those conflicts if the International community and the conflicting parties use them has pseudo meaning properly .Whether the type of means is optional or mandatory, the basis of these means is the need to preserve peace and security in the world as well as cordial relationship between countries,groups and individual far from external intervention. In the various chapters of this study, I reviewed the nature of peaceful means of conflict resolution and the impact of those means on resolving International disputes. In order to arrive at the desired intellectual goal of this academic research, I discussed the following issues: Firstly, The International Instrumechamis for conflict resolution between Nations, Is types and its alternative aspects in conformity with the principles of International Law and United Nation Charter.
