Abstract: This treatise is intended to explain the judgment of using non-Muslims to fight the Muslims, and the implications of it. The researcher Addressed in the first chapter the basics of research of importance, and the objectives and problems and limitations of the approach and previous studies, and in the second chapter, the researcher Addressed the judgment of using non- Muslims to fight the Muslims, and the consequent negative effects, Stated the sayings of scholars from Licensers and Forbidding, and the terms and conditions of use, and guessed what he sees as outweighing the evidence. In the third chapter dealt with the provisions of the wrongdoers and their terms, the difference between them and dissenter and the bandits, and the rule of the use of lethal weapons against a range of Muslims, or giving facilities battleship for Western countries to launch attacks against Muslims, and the rules of the alliance with the non-Muslim countries, and the rule of hired non-Muslims to fight the Muslims, also the researcher address the effects resulting from the use of non-Muslims, whether economic impacts, social, or psychological or moral. In the fourth chapter the Researcher dealer with the judgment of using non-Muslims in things other than fighting, and take a non- Muslim the rule in the Islamic state whether public as Presidency or private such as writing, and the provision of a Muslim entering in the protection of the unbelievers (non Muslims), and the implications of the use of non-Muslims in other than fighting, the researcher dealt in this chapter with civil society and economic objectives and sources, and the countries that funded, and the impact on the Muslim community. In the fifth chapter, the researcher take the history of Somalia, and its strategic location, and its importance, and the occupation of Somalia and divide it into small states, and the impact of the use of the community at the time of the occupation, and the fronts that fought against the Somali government, and the countries that give them moral and material support, the goal of this support, said a researcher at the this chapter some secularists who used non-Muslims to fight the Islamic movements, and some of the Somali government, which used the infidels to fight the Mujahideen Youth Movement, and the impact on the Somali community, also addressed the reasons for use of the faction leaders to neighboring countries, and the reasons that led to instability in Somalia and the loose security and most important of external interference in the internal affairs of Somalia, whether from Western countries or neighboring countries, and spoke researcher on the effects caused by the use of neighboring countries infidel, then said the researcher's findings in his research and recommendations.
