Abstract: This research entitled: “ways of expressing identity and its relationship between locus of control amongst the international students at the International University of Africa, was aimed at knowing the general character of ways of expressing identity amongst the international students, also knowing the relationship between ways of expressing identity and locus of control as it also aimed at know if there is any significance difference in ways of expressing identity in accordance to sex, age, a place of stay, faculty, level of study, and geographical location and marital status. The researcher adopted the descriptive correlational approach, where the locus of control and ways of expressing identity scale was used as a tool, which was administered to 350 students; SPSS was used to analyze the collected data. The researcher reached the following results: The ways of expressing identity is characterized positively, there is a positive relationship between ways of expressing identity and locus of control, there is a significance difference in expressing identity in accordance to sex in favor of female students, and age in favor of ages between 20-30, and level of study in favor of there is no significant difference in accordance to place of stay, country, and marital status. Based on the results the researcher recommended the following recommendations: building a special hall to hold different cultural programs under supervision of the department of culture, publishing newsletter of social cultural and guiding the students towards there different culture, the psychological and educational counselor should help in counseling the students who don’t know how to express their identity.
