Abstract: In light of the actions of this research on language tests in primary schools in Guainía, and aims to help the Arabic language as a second language or a foreign teacher; in order to become familiar with some concepts of teaching languages and how to conduct tests, the researcher followed descriptive approach, and used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information’s, Find been tested and teachers and community experts French- Arabic school in Guinea. Based on these actions the researcher reached a lot of important ways as follow: 1. Training of teachers to prepare language tests in primary schools in Guinea, to address this shortcoming and Tak problem of formulating the Arabic language tests for non-native speakers questions resolved. 2. Organize training courses for teachers of primary before and during the service, which it posted on how to improve the process of drafting the language questions appropriately, and therefore we deem necessary to teach Arabic to non-native speakers. 3. As in the language tests should be collected linguistic paper test between objective questions and the article; because each one has its benefits and its own methods, narrated by objective tests we can measure large sample of skills and linguistic elements to which they relate. And by the article tests measure the linguistic richness and susceptibility expression and creativity. 4. And that loss of academic rehabilitation for teachers and their formation and training in the field of design language experience, and palaces of guidance and counseling in the fields of employment in general, so causing the weakness of their wealth, and marginalized when French officials, and the lack of mentors true and well-trained in the fields and the education departments of the Arab French elementary schools in Guinea. 5. There is no set criterion for the appointment of the Arabic language teachers in Guinea; this point is the reason for the weakness of the scientific and educational enough to the Arab language teachers at this particular stage.
