Abstract

This case study includes the jurisprudence rules which are relevant to the patient in religious observations by making comparative study in five chapters starting with research basis then defining the disease and its categories then the explanation of the rules behavior in terms of death sickness, additionally, the rights are relevant to prayers, fasting and the cases allow breakfast. Also, the rules relevant to pregnancy, breast feeding in fasting, rules of worship rites, the repentance in pilgrimage for the patient. In addition to that the voluntary and involuntary charities, the rules of means and deliveries which are relevant to pilgrimage. The importance of this study is based on showing. The permissibleness and easiness the Islamic Jurisprudence then the importance to know this great treasure. This study has made some recommendations such as: Looking after the Islamic jurisprudence, rules relevant to patient and showing them in easy matters to facilitate taking from them. Also, joining the patient to training programmes in the place of their treatment places until they know their own rules. Lastly to make institutions from scientists and doctors to look after patient then make attention about his health condition and guide him and explain to him the relevant rules in easy ways. One of the most important results that the researcher has come up to is keeping our bodies and souls sound and fit. This task should come in advance to other tasks that Allah has assigned to us. Specially if these tasks can cause death or prolong disease duration. Also according to the results, Muslim scholars divided diseases to severe and chronic.
