Abstract

This research aimed to identify the quality of life and its relationship with of Coping with Psychological Stressies among Heart disease patients In Alshab Teaching Hospital-Khartoum Locality.the questionnaire Contains the following demographicvariables:Type,Age,period of injury, type of Diagnosis.The researcher used the descriptive correlation method. The research sample consists of (200) (100) Males and (100)Females. They were selected through purposive Sample. The tools of data collection consist of the quality of life and the Techniques of coping with Psychological Stress Scale, prepared by the researcher The data analyised by the Computer Applying The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) using the following Tests: (T) Test for one sample, (T) Test for two Independent Sample, Pearson correlation Coefficient, Alpha Coronbackh, and ANOVA Test. The most important results are as follows: The General Trait of the quality of life among Heart disease patients In Alshab Teaching Hospital in Khartoum Locality is high; the general Trait of the Techniques of coping with Psychological Stress among Heart disease In Alshab Teaching Hospital is high. There is significant positive correlation coefficient between quality of life and the Coping with Psychological Stressies among Heart disease patients Alshab Teaching Hospital. There are no Statistical Significant differences in quality of life and the variable of gender. There are Statistical Significant differences in the quality life and the variable of age among Heart disease patients Alshab Teaching Hospital in Khartoum Locality. There are no Significant Statistical differences in the quality of life and the duration of disease among Heart disease patients In Alshab Teaching Hospital in Khartoum Locality .There are no Significant Statistical differences in the quality of life and the type of diagnose among Heart disease patients In Alshab Teaching Hospital in Khartoum Locality, Finally, recommendations such as the effectiveness of counseling and guidance programs among Heart disease patients to raise their awareness towards Heart diseases and dealing with it to reduce the infection of psychological illnesses. The researcher Suggest studying the quality of life and its relationship to psychological Stress among Heart disease patients with other variables such as socioeconomic status, genetic factors and the occupation.AS well as study the Psychological Hardiness and its relationship to psychological Stress among Heart disease patients, also references were cited at the end of the research .
