| dc.description.abstract | The research tackled the role of the management of organizations in the development of women. The research reviewed the concept of management and development and what is the successful management to achieve the development of women. Therefore, the importance of research comes from the interest of developing the capabilities of women and enabling them to achieve their goals and to show the role of the organization. In order to achieve development and highlight the role played by the Muhaira Charitable Society in the development of women and to apply to a skilled society, the research followed the analytical descriptive statistical approach. The problem of research was the lack of effective management within organizations to achieve women's development goals, lack of adequate funding to achieve the goals and programs of the Organization. One of the most important hypotheses of the study is that effective management positively affects the achievement of women's development. The development of women through organizations encourages the support of organizations only locally or externally. Based on the results, the researcher reached several recommendations, the most important of which is the need to develop the means of development in the organizations by encouraging partnership from the state and the organizations, and the need to train and qualify women through organizations because the organizations are the structure to achieve the needs of women, thus achieving social justice and economic stability in society the society | en_US |
