Abstract

The authority in the advanced and developing countries bncered to knowledge of the public needs and profit their trust , because he implement that policy , this organization approach to that it impossible to achier this policy without publics. This study held the role of general relation on socialites activity of industrial corporation , apples case study kenana sugar company. The methodology that the researcher follower was methodology of surrey study , depend to surrey way vole of general relation to in achieve social activity in industrial corporation. This study held the importance of corporation which serried by the general relation to achieved , the formal objective and welfare publics by the group act. They present full description to the general relation administration in kenana sugar company to win and acceptable public and interesting copvesanted social services . The research problem appear on how to indicate science way to achieve and applied the role of general relation in kenana sugar company . and presented the best services and developed . and applied Al . Sunah – Elmoha- madia in the social activity . Research is divided into three chapters and introduction and first chapter dealt with public relations (PR concept) and Chapter II took industrial enterprises. The third chapter dealt with the researcher Kenana Sugar Company. PR Kenana Sugar company has played a leading and influential role in guiding the administration towards the psychological stability and job satisfaction and positively reflected in increased production.
