Abstract: The topic of the research deals with the uses of the output forms and their impact on the order of priorities of the readers (an applied study on the public opinion newspaper in (2014-2015). In this study, the researcher aims to identify the effect of the use of templates on the order of priorities of readers, to identify the link between the needs of readers and the format of the newspaper, to identify the art of journalism, to see the evolution of the press release. Hence. The researcher has reached the extent to which the role of journalist plays a role in prioritizing readers? What is the relationship between the formats and priorities of the readers? What is the role of journalism in attracting and attracting readers? What are the modern and traditional educational schools? What are the output templates used in the public opinion newspaper? The first chapter deals with the definition of the journalistic output, the second topic on typography. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and used the observation, interview and questionnaire to collect information. The journalistic output, the third topic is the journalistic output technology, the third chapter includes the theories of communication and it contains On the first three stages of the development and development of theories of communication and the second topic on the theories of the influence of the media and the third research theories of moderate influence of the media and included the fourth chapter field study, which included the case study Definition of the Applicant, findings and recommendations. One of the most important findings of the research through interviews, observation and analysis of the questionnaire, the study showed that the journalist designed the page materials according to the policy of the newspaper. The study explained that the topographical elements highlight the character of the newspaper. The study revealed that the continental decision to buy is according to the output format. The paper pointed out that the newspaper seeks to satisfy the readers through design. The study revealed that the knowledge of continental psychology has a role in choosing the design of the newspaper. The study proved that the newspaper is conducting studies to know the taste of readers. The study also led to a number of recommendations, the most important of which is the attention to the typographic elements, because they highlight the personality of the newspaper, their interest in the classification of the external appearance of the newspaper, and the work of research by the newspapers to know the views of readers about the external appearance of the newspaper.
