dc.description.abstractThis study deals with the effect of promotion on the promotion of The study tackled the subject of manpower planning and its role in raising the efficiency of performance. The problem lies in the relationship of the scientific methods used in the planning of the labor force with the efficiency of performance. The problem is the extent to which the selection process affects the efficiency of performance. The research reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following: The goals and objectives of a Sudanese company formulated according to a clear vision and following scientific methods in the planning process led to increased efficiency of performance. The most important recommendations made by the research are the interest in using a wide variety of methods of creativity, innovation and work on the ownership of the employee information that helps him to solve the problems without referring to the direct president.en_US
