| Abstract: | Praise is to God alone and prayers and peace is upon to who there is no prophet after him, our master and Prophet Muhammad peace is being upon to him and his family and companions and then after: This research aims to demonstrate the concept of the common verbal and its occurrence among linguists and scholars of jurisprudence ancient and modern. The statement of the effects of the common verbal in Arabic language, especially in the development of the legal provisions, where the verbal participant is considered to be a reason for the difference of jurists in the development of the provisions of the legitimacy. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, this study is based on the inductive method, combining the common words of the book of beginning diligence and the end of the economizer in the door of transactions, tracking the information collected and studied the study of fundamentalist application, with the implications in the jurisprudential issues. The researcher divided this research into four chapters, the first chapter made the basics of research, the second chapter the translation of Imam Ibn Rushd, author of the book that is studying the application, and then made the third chapter spoke about the meanings of words in general, and then the final chapter on the effects of common verbal matters Jurisprudence. |
