Abstract: ABSTRACT This study aims to clarify the role of the youth projects stability and reduce its impact on the unemployment rate and the study followed the descriptive analytical method for Bges.samm researcher questionnaire to know the impact of the stability of the youth projects in reducing the rate of unemployment (Khartoum as a model). The questionnaire consists of 13 questions and answers may be formed in accordance with the system of closed questions, it was noted by reference to Annex (1), to preview a sample of the special research questionnaire. In the next parts of the results are presented and analyzed to infer the sample, who make up a large base of young people who are representing the social and economic development base in the region under study views. The results indicate that in the case of increasing the amount of funding that can be a key catalyst for young people to move towards stability youth projects and thus reduce the proportion of unemployment. The results of this study, it can be deployed to the entrepreneurial culture and the evolution of the labor market and that the institutions and governments a large role to play in moving the youth and make them contribute effectively to the economic and social development. The study found a number of recommendations refer to the part of it: 1 - The study recommends an increase in the amount of funding size even be enough for investment and all young people can participate in youth projects and stability in order to be rewarding yield dramatically programs. 2- The study recommends an increase Lzimainh period in which a beneficiary can pay premiums until the face of all challenges.
