Abstract: Abstract This research aims at demonstrating (showing) theatrical and conceptual frame of the insurance it deals with the historical development of the Sudanese insurance market and to analyze the size of subscription for the company between the years 2008 to 2012. This is done through the study of insufficiency of the insurance informer in general and lacks of awareness of the society. In addition to that, lack of promotion for insurance services and the insurance of individuals (persons) formed a can controversial matter. The researcher set out these hypotheses. Complete application of Islamic jurisprudence for insurance companies reduces risks. In suffice of awareness leads to the disinclining of saucy form insurance. Lack of insurance services promotion guides to lack of insurance knowledge of individuals in the society. The purpose of insurance services of the companies should be protecting the clients from dangers they may be exposed to, not making profits on the account of insurants. The researcher concluded to the following results. All the insurance companies should operate according to Islamic jurisprudence. The most com man type of insurance in Sudan is the insurance on cars . Insurance is the only method of retuning rations material losses individuals and institutions of the society are exposed to. There is an options lack of promoting the insurance services. The insurance companies should not aim at achieving profits on the account of the insurants but to offer distinct insurance service insurance document carriers and the society in general. According to these results the researcher recommends the following . The researchers recommends compensating the insurants rejuvenates in the shortest time possible when over the documents are carpeted because these requirements represent the main face of the company and an aspect of its promoting. Intensive coverage of advertisement campaigns about the insurance services in all means of information (mass media) . Improvement of the familial and living situations for its employees as an impetus for them to work hard and to be crenature . To establish well equipped and mocker workshops so as to carry ant minter acre work for insured cars they should do as eservice for the clients and as a promotion for the insurance process. To supply sales department in the insurance company with means to provide car spare parts which are not arable in car spare part markets. To provide for the sacristy the information needed to keep them protected against all possible dangers this must be done through a field research that corers the reality and the future prospects of insurance concerning its theory applications.
