| dc.description.abstract | Abstract This study deals with the role of strategic planning in achieving organizational objectives. It is an attempt to shed light on the reality of strategic planning in educational institutions in Sudan, through the Elshiehk Abdullah Elbadri educational model, located in AL Gadawab ـ Berber - River Nile State. Data collection and informations in concern to this study was taken by the researcher through the use of questionnaire methodology. Moreover, in this study the researcher had come across two previous studies, The first one was about the effect of strategic planning in performance of employees; carried out by Mohammed Mustafa M. Yusuf, (2011) (unpublished master degree presented to the Sudan University for science and technology. The second study, on the effect of the organization in the strategic development, carried out by (Gamal Balah M., (2007) (unpublished master degree presented to the Sudan University for science and technology. The main finding was realization of the mission in that mission should be built according to strategic thought. The main recommendations; were the government should take Elshiehk Abdullah Elbadri institutional strategical planning system as a model for popularization of knowledge and education, and strategical planning should be taught in schools for its essence, general benefits and importance. This research is 0rganizied in four chapters and a conclusion. Chapter one includes, the research plan and previous studies. Chapter two includes the theoretical studies. Chapter three is about the history of education in Sudan, and its strategies in the Sudan. Chapter four is about Elshiehk Abdullah Elbadri institutions (establishment, development and objectives). The conclusion covers the main findings, recommendations, biliography and the appendices. | en_US |
