| Abstract: | Abstract This research aims to investigate the impact of work environment on workers performance, has represented the research problem in the work environment is characterized at present a continuous change as a result of technological and artistic development, which requires government agencies in general and Adoption all measures to meet the challenges of various brands and images and follow up and keep up with those Avariables. Find assumed the following assumptions: - There is a positive relationship between the work environment and raising the efficiency of the performance of employees. There is a positive relationship between the internal work environment and the quality of administrative and physical elements. Material and moral stimulation positively affect the performance of employees. The research found a number of findings, including: That employees in the Office of Tax performing their duties well under provide comfortable places to work, as well as the results of the study that the relationship between the work environment and good management of its elements, and also addressed the material and moral stimulation a positive impact on the workers showed. The most important recommendations of the research was the interest in the weight of workers and Provide them training courses to raise the competence and abilities to do the work well, and the continuation of the Court in support of internal and external business environment and administrative and physical elements and improve the internal environment, as well as interest by a factor of material and moral stimulation of the workers, and also attract qualified human resources and the provision of promotion opportunities and promotion of employees. |
