| dc.description.abstract | Abstract The main topic of this study is the authority delegation and its effect in raising the efficiency of the performance (the case study of Water Corporation- Khartoum State, from 2006 - 2011 AD ). The aim of the study is to highlight the role of authority delegate and to show the importance and usefulness of the institutions in raising the efficiency of performed and indicate the effectiveness of the mandate as a component of the regulatory process in the administrative performance in the corporation. The researcher using deductive approach to identify the research problem and identify assumptions , and also inductive approach to test the validity of hypotheses , and the descriptive method of case study and field study , and follow the history of the development of the Water Corporation through the historical method . The research found some of the following results: 1- The study proved that authority delegation helps in workflow and achieve better benefits. 2- The study showed that the authority delegation helps to promote the development of innovation and creativity and initiative among subordinates. 3- The study proved that the authority delegation helps to decide on the quick decision-making 4- The study proved that the authority delegation leads to raise the efficiency of performance of employees in Water Corporation - Khartoum State . 5- The study proved that there is a positive relationship between the mandate and the administrative performance. 6- The study proved that the mandate is a kind of management control. 7- The Khartoum State for Water Corporation fails to provide adequate training for subordinates. The study concluded to the following recommendations: 1 - Management should operate on the participation of employees in decision-making 2- Leaders should work to provide the means of communication, control and surveillance. 3 – Administration must to Working for the personnel training development and the development of their abilities. 4 - The Department must to create a system of incentives that help to accept the authority delegated to the employee perform . 5 - There should be a mandate to the authorities and powers from superiors to subordinates. 6 - Stability of the Department’s organizational structure so as not to be surprised subordinates quick changes was not familiar with them. | en_US |
