Abstract: Abstract This research holds the title effect to enable workers to improve the performance of institutions in Chad to study the case Sotel Chad telecommunications company, the goal of this research to clarify the most important concepts related to the strategy of enabling Aji.o recognition on all concepts related to strategy performance enabled. The research problem is the impact of the strategy to enable workers to improve the performance of institutions? Are strategy to enable workers to improve Sotel affect the company in Chad? What is the impact of a strategy to enable workers to improve the performance of the company Sotell Chad? Do you provide a strategy to enable workers used an impact in improving the performance of Sotel company in Chad?
