| Abstract: | ABSTRACT THE The main purpose of this research is to study the effect of training programs uponperform ce of public police forces and to test the following hypotheses : 1\ Areletion ship between training programs and the level of the performer of the public police forces in the Sudan . 2\ Areletion ship between place of training , training facilities and the level of production and understandings . 3\ Accretion of curriculum with cultural and political aspects of societal leads to make training close to enrironment . on the other hand ,the result of the study proved the following : A\ There is areletion ship between training programs and the level of the performce of the public police forces in the Sudan . B\There is areletion ship between place of training ,training facilities and the level of production and understanding . C\ There is not areletion ship between accretion of curriculum with cultural and political aspects of society to make training close to enrironment . The study is concluded with recommendations related to the finding of the study . |
