Abstract: Abstract This research aimed at knowing the effect of transformational leadership on the administrative creativity. The problem of the research is represented in the fact that nowadays, the transformational leadership has become less than the ambitions in some of the contemporary institutions, and this could be attributed to their lack of those leaders who are characterized with the high capability to encounter challenges and the modern developments as well as the ability to be creative and innovative. The hypotheses of the research are based on the following: The emphasis of the transformational leadership on the culture of participation leads to raise the personnel morale. Also, the enthusiasm and interest of the transformational leadership to upgrade the personnel levels leads to triggering their creative capabilities. Moreover, the endeavors exerted by the transformational leadership towards the members of the institution to take part in formulating its vision and mission lead to create a competitive merit for the institution. The research adopted the historical, analytical descriptive and the case study methodologies. The study reached many results the most important of which are as follows: The transformational leadership of the bank plays an effective role in providing good solutions to the problems encountered by the personnel. Also, the transformational leadership of the bank assists in carrying out the monitoring and follow up processes which expedite achieving the banking transactions. In the light of the above results the research has reached many recommendations the most important of which are as follows: An effective monitoring system should be adopted by the transformational leadership to reduce the delay in achieving the service provided for the clients on the specified time. Also, studying of current and future material and human capabilities when applying the transformational leadership concept is of a paramount importance.
