Abstract

ABSTRACT

The study addressed the electronic control and its role in the development of the administrative work and the case study has been applied in El Razi University, the problem of this research epitomized answer a series of questions, including: the role of electronic control in the development of administrative work in different institutions and how to achieve efficiency and effectiveness through the use of information technology to complete the managerial business , also to what extent the electronic control reduces the shortcomings and how it contribute in the development of control process. The research aims to shed light on the definitions and concepts related to electronic control and highlight the importance of using information technology in the administrative work and increase its effectiveness, it also aims to reflect the impact of electronic control methods used in the development of administrative work. Among the hypotheses of the study there is a statistically significant relationship between the use of the fingerprint system for workers and the development of administrative work, and there is a statistically significant relationship between the use of electronic attendance for students system and the development of administrative work and no statistically significant relationship between the use of cameras monitor and the development of administrative work. It has been used a descriptive method for the data analysis using a statistical program (SPSS), and the most important results is there is a positive relationship between the electronic control and the development of administrative work, there is a positive correlation between the use of the fingerprint system for workers and the development of administrative work, and cameras monitor plays a major role in the process of administrative development. The study recommended that the university should cares about modernization and keep up with new and sophisticated of electronic control and develop the administrative structure of the unity of information technology. The study also recommended to make the workers feel safe and protected under the application of electronic control systems and give them the opportunity to train and raise the scientific and practical level.
